We believe in the value of a close patient-physician relationship. In order to provide continuity of care, you will see one specific physician or professional for your care. Although one physician or para professional will supervise your care, you will benefit from a group practice, as members of the group consult with each other to encourage consistent, advanced, and conscientious care. If your regular doctor is absent, another one of our doctors is always available. In the event of an urgent situation, it may be necessary and advisable for you to see the most available MD.

The Urology Team has created Centers of Excellence to better serve the needs of the individual patient. While the Urology Team provides services for all Urologic Needs Centers of Excellence have been created to provide a more focused approach to the patient needs.

The Urology Team Centers of Excellence Include:

*The Prostate Center which focuses on Conditions of the Prostate and includes Dr. Randy Fagin and the Da Vinci Robotic Surgery for men with Prostate Cancer, Dr. Stephen Hardeman and Dr. Bryan Kansas for the Greenlight Laser procedure for men needing surgical removal of an enlarged prostates and Dr. Curtis Hitt and Richard Chopp providing Prostiva or Microwave therapy for in office treatment for men with enlarged prostate.

* The Female Incontinence and Pelvic Health Center focuses on urologic services by Women for Women. The services are focused on Incontinence to include Interstim, Tension Free Vaginal Tape, Pelvic Prolapsed and Reconstruction Pelvic Pain or Interstitial Cystitis.

* The General Urology Centers of Excellence include Laparascopic Kidney surgeries provided by Dr. Stephen Hardeman and Dr. Bryan Kansas, Lithotripsy or Stone Services and Vasectomies, provided by all the Urologist, Penile Implants and Slings and Sphincters provided by Dr Stephen Hardeman and Dr. Bryan Kansas and Vasectomy Reversals and Sperm Aspiration provided by Dr. Elizabeth Houser.
