With 24 years experience as a professional magician, Dr. Randy Fagin, M.D. has turned his slight of hand skills into real magic as a Urology surgeon. Dr. Fagin has performed over 1300 da Vinci Robotic surgeries since September 2004. Based on intuitive surgical data he performs more da Vinci Robotic surgeries than any other single Urologist in Texas (click here to read intuitive letter). He attended medical school at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York and joined The Urology Team from Syracuse, New York where he obtained his training in Urology. In addition to his work in Syracuse Dr. Fagin has trained with the world's experts in Laparoscopic Urology in Paris, France, The Cleveland Clinic, New York University, Albany Medical Center, and Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Fagin is currently the director of robotic surgery at Westlake Medical Center, and is one of the top surgeons in the country performing da vinci robotic prostate cancer surgery.* Dr. Fagin is a member of The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, The Endourological Sociey, The American Urological Association, The Society of Clinical Urologists, and The American Medical Association. Dr. Fagin enjoys spending his time out of the office with his wife Heather and two children Trevor and Sofia.
