Lab Results and Locator
Lab Callsis a lab test retrieval system which allows you to access your lab results at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We believe this secure site and system is the most accurate and effective way for you to retrieve confidential information. Test results are uploaded after they are reviewed by your MD. Please follow guidelines listed below for posting results.
- Urine Cultures 3 - 5 days
- Post Vasectomy 10 - 14 days
- Total PSA 7 - 10 days
- Cytology 7 - 10 days

- Enter the UTPA customer number: 8664017655.
- Enter your SS # ( this is a secure site) and
- Enter PIN number (Six digit date of birth, for example: 010109)
Before calling the office, please follow the guidelines for posting and please attempt to retrieve your results. This system allows us access to problems patients may encounter in their attempts to retrieve results. Please note that calls received in Triage for Lab Results are handled in order of importance and response may take up to 48 hours.

The Urology Team provides the patient a lab slip which allows the patient to choose where they want the lab procedure performed and often know which lab is approved by their insurer.
